  • Sur un feuillet de garde inférieur (f. II), schéma figuré en forme de croix (ajout contemporain ? en haut et en bas : 'fides' - 'heresis' ; à gauche et à droite : 'Nestorius episcopus' - '... archimendrita').
  • Selon M.-T. d'Alverny ('Alain de Lille, Textes inédits', Paris, 1965, pp. 181-183, 313-317), il s'agit du 'Traité des cinq puissances de l'âme', commentaire d'une sentence de Hugues de Saint-Victor ('Quinque sunt digressiones cogitationis...') par un auteur sans doute du 12e s. dont le texte fait penser à Alain de Lille. D'Alverny cite ce texte seulement d'après "Paris, Bibl. Mazarine, ms. 0629" (Midi de la France ? début 14e s.) et "Kues, Hospitalbibliothek, ms. 205", fin 13e s. Voir Caterina Tarlazzi, 'Alan of Lille and the 'Periesichen Augustini'', dans 'Bulletin de philosophie médiévale', n° 51, 2009, p. 45-54 (MEL, XXXII, 113).
