Coyecque, Cat des mss des bibliothèques de France, XIX, p.XI-XLVIII) XIIe s.: cf. n°4, 38; XIIIe s.: n°14; 1621: n°42
Il est par la suite entré dans les collections de la bibliothèque de l'Abbaye de Saint-Germain-des-Prés, dont l'ex-libris figure aussi sur ce même feuillet : "Sti Germani a Pratis".
