Manuscript 13, dating back to the end of the thirteenth century, contains a collection of works by Augustine of Hippo (354 - 430). The text was copied by a lay called brother Henricus, active at Ter Doest Abbey (Folio 180v). The manuscript contains the following works by Augustine: Augustinus super Genesim ad litteram, de quantitate anime - a fragment from Dialogues about the immortal soul - , soliloquia - soliloquies from Dialogues - , retratationes. The layout of the manuscript alternately uses red and blue colouring with decorative motives (for example on Folio's 129v-130r). [Summary by Sarah Vanroye]
