Origine: vraisemblablement française; petites écritures un peu anguleuses. Note de copiste au f. 112: «LEGENTI VITA ET pręfectura. Scriptori uita et fortuna».
Possesseurs: peut-être Philippus de Fontanellis dont on lit, aux rayons ultra-violets, l’ex-libris, d’une écriture semi-cursive française (?) du XIVe s., f. 112 v°:
