Parch., XVe s. (début?), 88 ff. (foliotation ancienne en chiffres romains; f. 88-88v° blancs), 230 x 155 mm. Quelques gloses, corrections et sommaires marginaux de plusieurs mains contemporaines. Le f. 88 est un feuillet de garde remployé qui contenait un texte gratté invisible aux rayons ultra-violets.

Origine: italienne, écriture humanistique ronde un peu renversée à gauche, avec archaïsmes, encre grisâtre ou noire.
