Origine: 1-3 - probablement italienne; 1 -d'Italie du Nord? (France ou Allemagne pour M. Buonocore 1994), écriture assez ronde et d’une encre plutôt noire; au f. 33v°, invocation du copiste: «Dextram scribentis uirtus regat omnipotentis. AMENT [sic] ».
