Origine: italienne, écriture humanistique cursive.
Possesseurs: le monastère San Michele de Murano dont la cote ancienne «B. M. 187 » figure sur le dos de la reliure; le manuscrit fut transféré en 1810 à l'église des Camaldules de San Gregorio al Celio de Rome, dont la cote est au f. I: «Ms. 11 » et dont les manuscrits furent achetés par la Bibliothèque Vaticane en 1931.
