Two other hands (one contemporary, the other slightly later) filled the space on f. 72v that scribe D had left; a third hand (contemporary) the remaining space on f. 81v. - Part 4 written by two scribes: ff. 73r-v/11, 77r/28-77v/23 (F), 74r-77r/27 (G).
