Commentaire : "Osavāla jñātiyaḥ Vṛddhasāpāya Seṭha śrī-5-Seṭha | vaṣata vandaū sāla vandanasya pūtta Seṭha icchā vanda vaṣata vandanasya bhāryā Jhaveravahu vācanārthaṃ jīrṇa parata uddhāra karāpītaṃ || iti śreyaṃ maṅgalaṃ ||". Ces deux lignes sont notées en interlinéaire d’une main différente que le texte et le commentaire des onze premiers feuillets. Elles nous disent notamment que le manuscrit a été restauré pour la lecture.
