Ce ms. a été copié à l'usage du prieuré de Saint-Martin-des-Champs (Paris), en partie d'après le ms. latin 17742, sous le priorat d'Etienne Gentil (1508-1536, cf. f. 173) et après la mort de Philippe Bourgoin en 1514 (cf. f. 172) (Mss. datés). Au f. 180 est mentionné un copiste de S. Martin: "Johannes de Fiscampno qui scripsit vetus martrologium".
