Paolo Pietrasanta a offert deux autres manuscrits au roi, une Geographia en prose (Latin 4811) et un poème, Di Fontanableo (Italien 1043).
Offert par Paolo Petrasancta à François Ier ; déposé en 1538 dans la librairie royale de Blois (mention au contreplat inférieur : "En l’an VC XXXVIII le roy a layscé ce present livre pour mectre en sa librairye dont je baille mon recepissé au libraire de sa chambre, [Signé :] Delabarre") ; transféré en 1544 dans la librairie royale de Fontainebleau (Inv. 1544, n° 1145 : "Pauli Petra Sancta, in versus ; cuir bleu doré") ; ancien fonds royal (Inv. fin XVIe siècle, n° 645 : "Descriptio poetica regionum per Paulum Petram Sanctam").
