La seconde partie de ce recueil a appartenu à Bertold de Würzburg comme en témoigne la mention de don au f. 253v : "Iste liber, de libris domini Bertoldi Herbipolensis, ecclesie Sancti Victoris collatus, caritative clericis pauperibus in theologia studentibus est accomodandus, secundum formam expressam in autentico testamenti ejusdem Bertoldi, quod scilicet autenticum servat armarius". (Sur les manuscrits de ce donateur, voir L. Delisle, Cab. des Mss , II, p. 212). Il en fit don à la bibliothèque de l' Abbaye de Saint-Victor de Paris dont on peut voir l'ex-libris ("Iste liber est Sancti Victoris Parisiensis. Quicumque eum furatus fuerit vel celaverit vel titulum istum deleverit, anathema sit.") et le blason au f. 2. L'ex-libris est également présent au f. 253v. Table de Claude Grandrue sur la garde finale. Le manuscrit est entré dans les collections de la Bibliothèque nationale après les saisies révolutionnaires en 1796.
