Origine: italienne, écritures humanistiques plus ou moins rondes. Le manuscrit a été copié à Constantinople en 1422 par Iacobus Venetus (peut-être Jacopo Languschi de Venise, cf. Sabbadini, op. cit. infra) et l’humaniste Giovanni Aurispa (1376-1459 - cf. supra, Ottob. lat. 1202) d’après cette souscription du f. 184: «ἐν τῆ τοῦ κωνστὰντινου πόλει ἐγράφθη ἐτελεώθη θέ 12 ἀυγούστου ἠμέρα χειρι ἰακώβου ὀυενετοῦ καὶ τοῦ ἀυρισπα σικελοῦ μετα την τοῦ χριστοῦ γενεσιν MCCCCXXII» (reproduite par Sabbadini, op. cit. infra).
Possesseurs: Giovanni Angelo duc d’Altemps (ses armes sont dorées au fer sur les plats et le dos de la reliure); le cardinal P. Ottoboni (cote de Bianchini: S. 6. 56).
