D'après le colophon figurant au f. 158v, le ms. a été achevé le 13 août 1630 par Louis Rolle, religieux du prieuré de Saint-Martin-des-Champs (Paris): "Anno ab incarnatione Domini millesimo sexcentesimo trigesimo D. Ludovicus Rolle (?) religiosus huius monasterii Sancti Martini de Campis, Parisiensis diocesis, ordinis Cluniacensis, scripsit hunc librum ad laudem et honorem omnipotentis Dei et B. Marie sanctique Martini, et omnium sanctorum. Ludovico huius nominis decimo tertio regnante. Finemque adeptus hic liber decima tertia die Augusti."
