Cette bibliothèque était alors en dépôt chez Jean-Baptiste Bencivenni, premier aumônier de Catherine de Médicis. Comporte F. 29v-30 la liste des manuscrits empruntés du vivant de la reine et non rendus (avec mention du nom des emprunteurs). F. 30v-31 : Blancs. F. 31v : Note sur le ms. de Colbert 3769 (devenu Grec 3074). F. 32 : Blanc. F. 32v : Indication du contenu du document, XVIe et XVIIe siècle.
