Incipit : "atha Trikālacaturviṃśatikānāmāni likhyate nirvāṇa-jī 1 sāgara-jī 2 mahāsādhu-jī 3 vimalābha-jī 4…" (f. 1b l. 11). Le titre de cet hymne sous-entend trois sous-parties : la première est sans doute notée sur un feuillet intermédiaire manquant, les deuxième et troisième sont bien notées "2" et "3" dans leurs colophons respectifs.
