Secundus hic arreptae expositionis labor nostrae seriem translationis expediet... », expl. « …sed hoc quod nunc suppositum est nec album quod in niui est uniuersale est enim album… » (éd. S. BRANDT, Anicii Manlii Severini Boethii In Isagogen Porphyrii commenta, Vienne : F. Tempsky, 1906, p. 135-184) [livre 1 en entier (f. 75r-80r) et partie du livre 2 ; lacune au milieu du f. 75v, saut du chap. 2 au chap. 4 du livre 1 ; une annotation moderne, de la main du sommaire de Saint-Germain, indique qu’il manque quatre ou cinq feuillets : si c’est bien cela, alors le traité ne serait pas en entier, mais il y aurait sans doute seulement les deux premiers livres].
