F. 77r : inc. « H. comes sancti Pauli karissimo amico et fideli suo reverende Balues », expl. « nec ad turris refugium … ». F. 77v : blanc.
D'après Delisle (Instructions adressées par le comité des travaux historiques, 72), ces fragments furent trouvés par dom Luc d'Achery probablement à l'abbaye de Marmoutier.
