"Incipiunt questiones ordinarie disputate a magistro Henrico archidiacono tornacensi." : "Quia theologia est scientia in qua est sermo de Deo et de rebus divinis, ut dicit Augustinus VIII De civitate Dei...-...ut dictum est. Per hec patent objecta." (ms de B' de l'édition de G.A. Wilson : il semble avoir été copié à partir de l'apographe).
Ce manuscrit a été acquis par Jean Lamasse, prieur de l'abbaye de Saint-Victor, comme l'atteste la mention au f. 58v : "Hunc librum acquisivit monasterio Sancti Victoris prope Parisius frater Johannes Lamasse dum esset prior ejusdem ecclesie."
