  • Collation: Manuscript composed of many parts, probably copied in the 15th and 16th century. Some parts, especially parts 5 and 6, were probably bound together at an earlier stage. After all the parts were bound together, more notes and additions were made in several hands (in the 16th and 17th century?). - Part 7 (ff. 71-72) consists of two inserted leaves. - Part 8 (ff. 79-87) is one quire. - Part 9 (ff. 72-133) consists of five quires, numbered 1-5, probably in one hand, with one continuous text. The last quire contains additions in various hands with medical recipes and notes.
  • Also described by MMDC.
