  • Illustration: Coloured drawings of various herbs and animals.
  • Textual: (ff. 1r-3v) Letter to Marcus Agrippa. Incipit: "Cesari augusto prestantissimo omnium mortalium...". - (ff. 36v-50v.) According to Molhuysen, based on the Herbarium of Pseudo-Apuleius and on the work of Pedanius Dioscorides. Also contains a poem on herbs, followed by two short incantations ("Ad Telam extrahendam de vulnere") (f. 50v). Inscription (f. 36v): "Nomen herbe lycanis stephanotice. Incipit: "Folia habet oblonga, angusta...". Poem (f. 50): "Herbarum specie pulcros cum germine flores...". - (ff. 53r-57r) Excerpts: chs. 1, 3, 2, 4, 16, 15, 5, 7, 9, 10 and 11.
