This manuscript belongs to the second half of the fifteenth century. Most of the text is the work of the same scribe, but there are occasional additions by other hands. Rubrics are used for headings, but sparingly.
1. ff.1-200. The two books of De Diagnosi of Actuarius, corresponding to the text published by Julius Ludwig Ideler, Physici et Medici Graeci Minores, Berlin 1841-2, Vol. ii, pp. 353-463.
2. ff. 201-202. The beginning of Therapeutics of Actuarius, continuing in MS.MSL.52B ff.203-332. See also MS.MSL.112 ff.1-139 for another copy in the collection.
