III v°, titre du manuscrit en capitales rouges et bleues à l’intérieur d’une couronne de laurier cerclée d’or, ornée de rubans rouges et d’un motif floréal bleu rehaussé de pastilles d’or. Au f. 1, bordure à «bianchi girari » sur deux côtés; dans la marge inférieure, bandeau de rinceaux blancs, fleurettes, pastilles d’or enserrant une aigle de sable couronnée d’or sur champ du même l’estomac chargé du blason des Montefeltro; dans la marge supérieure, un médaillon présente un emblème des Montefeltro, la grenade; initiale d’or à «bianchi girari ». Autres initiales d’or sur fond de couleurs.
