  • Il manque plusieurs feuillets entre ceux qui sont à ce jour numérotés 50 et 51 : solution de continuité entre les évocations de Didon (dont la fin manque) et de Sardanapale (dont le début fait défaut). Ces feuillets correspondraient à la fin du chapitre 11, ainsi qu'aux chapitres 12 et 13 du livre 2.
