Parch., XIIe-XIIIe s., sauf f. 97 et 99-101 refaits au XIVe s. (a. 1383), II + 101 ff., 260 x 175 mm. Au f. 1 initiale de style roman à entrelacs et feuillages, ornée de personnages et d’animaux et encadrée de bleu. Quelques gloses contemporaines et plus récentes. Le manuscrit a été endommagé par l’humidité.

Origine: paraît française pour les f. 1-96 v° et 98-98 v°, écritures assez régulières, plus ou moins anguleuses; f. 97-97 v° et 99-101 v°, écriture gothique italienne, datée au f. 101 v°: «Sit tibi laus in gloria Christe. A.D. MCCCLXXXIII d‹ie› XI m‹ensis› Februarii. amen. amen».
